Tarzanstigen

Södra Stadsberget, Sundsvall · Try the adventures you want along the way! Tarzanstigen is an adventure trail that starts just behind the hotel on the southern mountain. The path is a kilometre long, marked with white markings and goes in mixed woodland. Along the way, we have built some adventures such as different balance and climbing activities related to the history of Sundsvalls. Here you can get acquainted with Vårdkasen, Flottarrännan and Kolarkojan. There are also rock carvings and runestones and you can try balance bars and the tarzang tongue, as well as check what the clock is at the new sunrise. All adventures are voluntary, you can walk past them if you want, and it’s also at your own risk as you go the way. Gympaskor or similar is good to have and if you are 8-9 years of age or younger, we recommend that you take an adult with you. The path takes 45-60 minutes to walk, depending on how many and how adventurous you are. According to Tarzanstigen there is also a wind protection with a barbecue area and oath, the nearest path is from the Flotillar Rain.
